Join us for an exciting meeting of Talk of the Town Toastmasters as Keerthana Vijayaraman, our Toastmaster of the Day, celebrates the theme “ World Storytelling Day” asking members with major roles, "What is one story from your childhood that you still remember?"

We have 2 speakers this week:

Brandon Hardy will be delivering a speech this weekend at his brother’s wedding.   He is taking advantage of the "test environment" that Talk of the Town provides so people can work on their real-life speeches and get feedback to refine and perfect in the "production environment". His speech is entitled "Twenty Years to Prepare"

Antonieta Soares will be delivering a Level 3 project and her speech is entitled, “Being a Senior:  A Learning Experience”.

Bev Hepburn will be leading us through our impromptu speaking session.

This is a hybrid meeting.

IN-PERSON: First, if planning to attend in-person, please contact Greg Kay @ 519-496-0999 to confirm we have space. Come to the corner of King St. and Queen St. in the downtown. The SDG Idea Factory is to the right of The Museum and is at the corner of Queen across from Tim Horton's and at the corner of King across from Coffee Culture.  Ring the Doorbell and you'll be escorted to the ELEV8 Room on the second floor.
