Join us for an exciting meeting of Talk of the Town Toastmasters as we focus on family.  

On Thursday, August 28th, our meeting theme is "National Red Wine Day" and will be led by David Kidd. This theme recognizes the benefits of reaching out to extended family to re-connect. We are lucky to have two speakers this week. 

Our first speaker, Elizabeth D'Cruz, will be presenting "How to use marketing to improve your business?" "The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the products and services fit him and sell itself" - quote from Peter Drucker. This is a required Level 3 Project, Creating Effective Visual Aids, from her Engaging Humor Path.

Our second speaker, Adarsh Chandran, will be presenting "Join Toastmasters and leave a lasting impression." The aim is to inform audience of the benefits of being a Toastmaster member and its positive impacts. This is a required Level 1 Speech, Writing a Speech with Purpose, from the Visionary Communication Path.
